Data & Privacy

GDPR compliance

The General Data Protection Regulation is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy in the EU and the EEA. It sets out to protect individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

How does the GDPR apply?

The Pixel service enables users from across the globe to create and track retargeting links. For information regarding the types and categories of data we collect and process, please see our Privacy Policy.

Does this affect me if I don't live in Europe?

While GDPR and the ePrivacy directive only applies to users based in Europe, our Privacy Policy applies to every user to the extent permissible by law. We believe privacy is a basic right and should be afforded to everyone.

How does Pixel protect my data and the data of others?

Our Privacy Policy provides more information on the data we collect and why. When signing up for a Pixel account, you are asked for some personal information that is necessary to provide you the services you signed up for.

We only collect the data required to provide our services. We anonymise all IP addresses from visitors who click links generated by Pixel and do not capture other personal data.
